Eligibility & Age Restriction

One Account Per Player
Each individual Player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active account on bage vip at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, different device identifiers, or different IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. bage vip uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts linked to the same individual will be suspended, all bonus funds will be forfeited, and any withdrawals pending at the time of detection may be withheld pending investigation.
Geographic Restrictions

Account Registration & Security

Account Credentials

Account Ownership & Non-Transferability
Your bage vip account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account — whether for monetary consideration or otherwise — will result in the permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of all balances. bage vip accounts may not be used by any person other than the registered account holder.
Dormant Accounts
An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. bage vip reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 against the balance of dormant accounts to cover maintenance costs, provided that a balance exists. Where a dormant account reaches a zero balance, it may be permanently closed. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact the support team.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on bage vip are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). bage vip does not charge deposit processing fees on any supported Bangladeshi payment method. Any fees levied by a third-party payment provider (such as a mobile network operator or bank) are the sole responsibility of the Player and are not controlled by bage vip.
Supported Deposit Methods

Withdrawal Policy
Players may request withdrawals of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Prohibited Payment Practices

Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be subject to account suspension and permanent closure.
General Promotion Rules
- Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
- Each Player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only, unless the promotion's individual terms explicitly permit multiple claims.

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
bage vip maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, cheating, collusion, and any other form of dishonest conduct on the Platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
- Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether directly or through a proxy, agent, or third party.
- Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated mechanism to place bets, interact with casino games, or exploit the Platform's functionality in a manner not intended for human players.

Where bage vip identifies, detects, or reasonably suspects any of the above prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to take immediate action including: suspending the account without notice, withholding any pending withdrawal, voiding all bets and winnings associated with the prohibited activity, permanently closing the account and all associated accounts, and pursuing civil or criminal legal remedies as appropriate under applicable law. bage vip will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in any investigation related to fraudulent activity on the Platform.
Zero Tolerance for Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute against a legitimate bage vip transaction is considered fraudulent conduct. Any account associated with a fraudulent chargeback will be immediately suspended, the disputed amount will be reclaimed from the account balance, and all accrued winnings will be voided pending investigation. bage vip reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds through legal channels where necessary.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bage vip, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.
Service Availability
bage vip endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond bage vip's reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, or widespread internet infrastructure failures. bage vip shall not be liable for any losses — including losses of potential winnings — resulting from periods of Platform unavailability.
Game Malfunctions
In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or software defect that results in an incorrect game outcome or an erroneous display of winnings, bage vip reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return the staked amount to the Player's balance. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all casino games on the Platform. bage vip shall not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings resulting from a technical malfunction.
Third-Party Content

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. bage vip does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform is free from viruses or other harmful components.
Account Suspension & Closure
bage vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. The following circumstances may give rise to account suspension or closure:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any associated policy.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bage vip.
- Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual.
- Confirmed or suspected engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.

- A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requiring the account to be restricted or closed.

Voluntary Account Closure

Closure Confirmation
Upon processing any account closure — voluntary or otherwise — bage vip will send a written confirmation to the registered email address. This confirmation serves as the official record of closure and the expected timeline for any balance return.
